Proper Governance untuk Sektor Energi: Telaah Praktik Kebijakan Kelistrikan di Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus

Tata kelola sektor kelistrikan menghadapi tantangan yang semakin berat khususnya di tengah keinginan kuat untuk memperbesar peranan energi terbarukan. Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Pariwisata Mandalika dan Tanjung Kelayang, direncanakan sebagai ‘green tourism’ dengan peranan energi pembangkit surya yang semakin besar. Dengan kerangka konsep proper governance, artikel ini menawarkan model pengelolaan kelistrikan di KEK. Studi ini bersifat kualitatif dengan mengandalkan sumber data dari wawancara mendalam dan kelompok diskusi terpumpun.  Studi ini menyimpulkan tidak cukup hanya mengedepankan good governance dalam menuju bauran energi terbarukan yang lebih besar di dalam KEK.
