This publication summarizes Indonesia’s Technology and Investment Needs Assessment for specific sectors, conducted under the mandate of Indonesia’s National Designated Authority (NDA) to the Green Climate Fund (GCF), coordinated by the Directorate General of Financial Sector Stability and Development, Ministry of Finance, through the GCF Readiness Phase III Program, with support from the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) as the Delivery Partner.

This document outlines the identification and shortlisting of green technologies through secondary research and stakeholder consultations, finalize the selection criteria by using the Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA), the development of technology factsheets, and the formulation of a Technology Action Plan (TAP) based on investment needs. The TAP highlights 16 priority technologies (four per sector) and proposes actions to address key policy, institutional, social, and financing barriers.
