The ASEAN Catalytic Green Finance Facility (ACGF) is an innovative financing facility under the ASEAN Infrastructure Fund (AIF) that was established in 2019 to accelerate green infrastructure investments in Southeast Asia through loan provision. The AGCF Green Recovery Program will help increase climate-positive investments as part of COVID-19 economic stimulus response, creating grounds for a significant paradigm shift in Southeast Asia.

As a multi-countries multi-projects program, the ACGF Green Recovery Program aims to kickstart countries’ low-emission investments to support economic recovery following COVID-19. The program will support at least 20 high-impact, low emission sub-projects in the Asian region through the following sectors: renewable energy, sustainable agriculture and natural resources, low-carbon transport, and energy efficiency.
