This guideline is designed so stakeholders can independently implement and utilize the MRE (Monitoring, Reporting & Evaluation) tool. National Designated Authority (NDA) is the main focal point between a country and GCF to ensure harmonization between Green Climate Fund (GCF) approved projects with strategic national targets and priorities. Fiscal Policy under the Ministry of Finance is the NDA for Indonesia and will be the primary user of this guideline. This document discusses the approach used in developing this MRE tool and its framework, followed by a description of each indicator and a user guide for the indicator dashboard.
