The Government of Indonesia has taken various institutional development measures to maximize potential climate change finance. Several climate change funding sources came from:

Badan Pengelola Dana Lingkungan Hidup (BPDLH)
SDG Indonesia One
The existence of various multilateral and national climate financing is represented by focal points, carried out by the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Ministry of Development and Planning, a Public Service Agency such as Indonesia Environmental Fund, and a Special Mission Vehicle, PT. SMI. The establishment of a formal coordination mechanism between climate finance focal points is highly needed so the channeling of climate funds in Indonesia can be implemented in an effective and efficient manner, as well as synergized in accordance with the national programs and priorities.
