In the beginning, agricultural credit scheme (KUT) is designing for helping farmer to get for sustainable capital for their activities. This reasons is also used for justified to give a capital until now. Unfortunately, this reason is also used for no necessary to pay back agricultural loan with the write off policy. This article tries to explore the farmer can or can’t to pay back that loan. Probit models is used to support this argument.
