The huge amount of the government debt consists of domestic debt (Surat Utang Negara – SUN), international bond and foreign debt. The domestic debt has reached Rp616 trillion while international bond US$1.4 billion and foreign debt Rp74.661 trillion. The role of debt, especially foreign debt, in budget financing has reached 39.4% in 2002 and it predicted will decrease to 31.4% in 2004.
